After your initial Fitness Consultation and dependent on your personal needs and wants, you will be guided towards either Personal Training or CrossFit Performance Group Classes. CrossFit does require preparation - Skill Sessions will be needed to get you ready for classes

Single Session, 12 Pack, 24 Pack, & 36 Pack Options

- Barbell Technique
- Gymnastics Technique

Warmup and Recovery Practice- Workout Strategy and Understanding Whiteboard
- Train Heroic Training

Group Class Membership Options:
Performance Coaching Membership
- Unlimited CrossFit Performance and Super Circuit Classes Per Month
- Ongoing 30 Minute PT Sessions every 90 Days (Nutrition and/or Movement Based)
- Use of Open Gym During Scheduled Times
- Individualized Accessory Work
- Nutritional Guidance and Support
Coaching Membership
