PERFORMANCE

A. Snatch - Build to a Max in 15 Min
B. Clean & Jerk - Build to a Max in 15 min
+

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
25 Pull-ups
50 Cal row
100 overhead squats @ 45#
50 box jumps @ 24/20#
25 pull-ups

FITNESS

A. Snatch - Build to a Max in 15 Min
B. Clean & Jerk - Build to a Max in 15 Min

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
25 Jumping PullUps
50 Cal row
50 overhead squats @ 33/22#
50 Box Jumps @ 24/20#
25 Jumping Pullups

 

 

Notes:
- The Snatch + C&J portion will be completed with 2 athletes sharing a bar. Each lifter will take turns building to their Max For The Day. The cardio portion will be completed alone
