The only limitation in this workout is how fast you can move your rig, or are willing to DIG!
If your not a solid runner >> you MUST be here.... 
If your Burpees are not efficient >> you MUST be here....
If ya not a fan of both >>> you should be here 30 minutes before class >> ready to GO!
There is no cherrypicking workouts >>ESPECIALLY ones that don't sit well in ya gut.
In fact the ones that don't sit well >> are the ones you MUST DO.
