5 mins at each station:
Station 1: Prowler Push for distance (2 working >switch as needed)
Station 2 : Ski Erg Cals ( ALL Teammates working for 5 mins)
Station 3; Partner PiggyBack Carry for distance ( 2 working >switch as needed)
Station 4: Bike Cals (ALL Teammates working for 5 mins)
Station 5: Plank Hold (Accumulate as much time as possible in 5 min > each Teammate goes at once)
