After your initial Fitness Consultation and dependent on your personal needs and wants, you will be guided towards either BKA Personal Training or CrossFit Performance Group Classes. CrossFit does require preparation - Skill Sessions will be needed to get you ready for classes.



Step 2

BKA Personal Training Membership

Single Session, 12 Pack, 24 Pack, & 36 Pack Options

What's Included:

  • Individual Program Design
  • Fully Guided 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions with your Coach
  • Accessory Training on Non-Training Days (as needed)
  • Nutrition Plan 
  • 24/7 Email Support with your Coach
  • Open Gym Use During Scheduled Times

BKA Skill Sessions

3 One-on-One Personal Training Sessions Covering:

  • Barbell Technique
  • Gymnastics Technique
  • Rowing/Bike/Ski Erg/Running/Jump Rope
  • Kettlebell, Dumbbells, Balls
  • Warmup and Recovery Practice
  • Workout Strategy and Understanding Whiteboard
  • Train Heroic Training App


Step 4

Group Class Membership Options:

BKA Performance Coaching Membership

  • Unlimited CrossFit Performance and Super Circuit Classes Per Month
  • 24/7 Email Support with BK
  • Individualized Accessory Work
  • Nutritional Guidance and Support
  • 30 Minute Consultation every 90 Days (Nutrition and/or Movement Based)
  • Use of Open Gym During Scheduled Times

BKA Coaching Membership

  • 12 CrossFit Performance or Super Circuit Classes PER MONTH

BKA Class Packs (Super Circuit/CrossFit Performance)

Single Session/Drop In, 6 Pack, 12 Pack, & 24 Pack Options
