60 Minute Fitness Consultation

After your initial Fitness Consultation and dependent on your personal needs and wants, you will be guided towards either Personal Training or CrossFit Performance Group Classes. CrossFit does require preparation - Skill Sessions will be needed to get you ready for classes.



Step 2

Personal Training Membership

Single Session, 12 Pack, 24 Pack, & 36 Pack Options

What's Included:

  • Individual Program Design
  • Fully Guided 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions with your Coach
  • Accessory Training on Non-Training Days (as needed)
  • Nutrition Plan 
  • 24/7 Email Support with your Coach
  • Open Gym Use During Scheduled Times

Skill Sessions

3 One-on-One Personal Training Sessions Covering:

  • Barbell Technique
  • Gymnastics Technique
  • Rowing/Bike/Ski Erg/Running/Jump Rope
  • Kettlebell, Dumbbells, Balls
  • Warmup and Recovery Practice
  • Workout Strategy and Understanding Whiteboard
  • Train Heroic Training App


Step 4

Group Class Membership Options:

Performance Coaching Membership

  • Unlimited CrossFit Performance and Super Circuit Classes Per Month
  • Ongoing 30 Minute PT Sessions every 90 Days (Nutrition and/or Movement Based)
  • Use of Open Gym During Scheduled Times
  • Individualized Accessory Work
  • Nutritional Guidance and Support

Coaching Membership

  • 12 CrossFit Performance/Super Circuit Classes PER MONTH

Class Packs (Super Circuit/CrossFit Performance)*

Single Session/, 6 Pack, 12 Pack, & 24 Pack Options

*To participate in our CrossFit Performance Group classes, members must complete at least 3 Individual Skill Sessions with a coach to learn the skills and proper techniques to CrossFit.
